The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Graphics Central. By accessing or using this Web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website and our services.

1. Provide the Company, within a reasonable timescale, everything that is requested from you to complete the Project including text, images and other information. If you delay to providing all necessary information, then your project will run overtime.
2. After the completion of included number of pages in our website packages, any additional pages will be charged as A$50 per page.
3. All prices quoted are valid for 7 days only from the written quotation.
4. If Graphics Central does not receive your design brief within a 1-month period from the date of order and deposit paid your account will be suspended. Reopening your account incurs a A$250 fee. If your account remains suspended for 1-months your account will be closed completely, and all money paid, and work ordered will be forfeited.
5. No creative and development work will commence until the agency has received written approval of the quotation with the 100% payment of the agreed cost.

1. Your Data and Content

The customer are responsible for all data, content, materials and files supplied by the clients to Graphics Central. It is solely your responsibility to store back up of all data, content, materials and files supplied by the customer to Graphics Central on their own backup/remote server.

2. Content of Your Website

The customer will take all reasonable steps to ensure that their website will contain warnings if all or part of its content is not suitable for children and complies with all applicable laws and industry policies.

1. Once the design work has been signed off prior to the website build all fees are payable in due course, no cancellations will be accepted, and all services ordered must be paid for in full.
2. If a customer contravenes the Graphics Central terms and conditions, Graphics Central reserves the right to terminate the service immediately with no refund.
3. If Graphics central is required to employ the services of a debt collector to pursue any overdue balance payment, a A$140+ GST fee will be passed on to the customer and added to the customers invoice.
4. Incase the customer is not satisfied, after receiving the website design concept only (but before they have approve the concept to be coded or developed), customer can request the money back guarantee within 3 days of the concept being provided.
5. You may cancel or edit any Payment (Only for the website design concept before website has been developed). Once Bill Pay has begun processing a payment it cannot be cancelled or edited .
6. All cancellations or refunds must be requested in writing to email address [email protected]

1. In the event of the customer is terminating their contract with us, they will be able to take full possession of their own design and content of site they have provided to us; however, development code / design / work done by us will remain the property of Graphics Central and you will need to pay the remaining balance of the quoted amount for the contract to use the code / design / work done on the customer’s server.
2. During the design process Graphics central may purchase images / artwork for the customers website site / print media / project. The images can be used only in the design or work it was intended. Images / artwork cannot be used for any other purpose.
3. Graphics Central has a business hours help desk available by email 9am - 7pm . This service is provided to the customer to help solve a single problem.

Graphics Central does not allow any of the following content or websites to be stored on its servers:

1. Illegal material, including copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material of any type in violation of any Federal, State or Local law or regulation anywhere in the world.
2. Scripts – any script that creates a load on the server will be removed.
3. Warez, including pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide ‘links to ‘or ‘how to’ information about such material.
4. Adult material, including pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content of any type. In addition to this websites are not allowed to link to this type of content. What constitutes ‘adult material’ is entirely at the discretion of Graphics central
5. Websites that promote the sex service industry, which includes but is not limited to prostitution or ecdysiasm.

The customer must supply all materials and information required by us to complete the work in accordance with any agreed specification. Such materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written copy, logos and other printed material. Where there is any delay in supplying these materials to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work,

we reserve the sole right to extend any previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount. Where you fail to supply materials then your project will run overtime.
